Questions
Do I need a debit or credit card? ▾
No. Pay from JazzCash, Easypaisa, any bank app with Raast, or a bank transfer, then enter the transaction ID (TID) from your SMS or receipt.
How fast is my payment verified? ▾
We match every transaction ID against our wallet and bank statements by hand, usually within a few hours (always within 24 hours). You get an email as soon as Pro is active.
Does the trial renew automatically? ▾
No. The 7-day trial needs no payment details and simply ends. Pro never renews by itself either: you pay again only if you want to.
What happens to my CVs if Pro ends? ▾
Nothing is deleted. You keep downloading every saved CV as a PDF; creating new versions and Word export need Pro again.
Can I get a refund? ▾
Yes, within 7 days of payment if you haven't used Pro features much. Email us with your transaction ID.
